Form of Payment
Prices listed are

discounted prices by cash or check. Please
add the 3% discount difference back to the
listed tour prices if pay by Credit card.
Taxes & Fuel Surcharge
Taxes and Fuel
surcharge are inlcuded in prices above, but subject to change without
notice or before final payment is make. Please reconfirm
with us at the time of your booking request.
Children discount
Children under 12 years old sharing room
with 2 adults, no bed, discount 10%; sharing room with 1
adult, or with bed, discount 5%
Weekend departure/return
Based on flight day & time, departure or
return on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday add $25 per flight,
including return with tour ending day.
Air Surcharge
by Airlines
Air surcharge are controlled by the
airlines. It means seats in the same economy
cabin sell at different level of prices.
Once the lowest price seats are sold out,
you need to purchase seats at a higher
price. At different time, prices can be
higher from $100 to $300 or more. These type of
pricing are set up by airlines.
Prices listed by us are based on the lowest
air seat prices.
Return Date
Return
valid 6 months from Tour Start date. Minimum
penalty and service fee of $150 per person
if change return day after confirmation. Ticket if not used for any reason within the
valid period no refund value and shall be voided. No transfer out service if extend stay in
Hong Kong without additional hotel booked by Asian Adventure
Deviation & Fee
Extend to other Asia cities including
China is available with a fee.
All extension must be requested at time of
initial booking.
Late booking fee
Booking less than 15 days before
departure require a late fee of $50/person
Change & Refund
100% No refund for any unused portion or
after any document was issued.
