Tour
start this morning to one of the Seven Wonders in
the World - the Pyramids of Giza (Khufu, Khafre and
Menkaura) that was built more than 2,600 years ago.
Next to the mysterious Sphinx - a huge funeral
complex guarded by the legendary lion body with the
face of king Khafre. Continue to the Egyptian Museum
that display rare collection of 5000 years of
Egyptian art and the Tutankhamen collection of
treasures, gold, and jewellery. Late afternoon
transfer to Cairo Airport and fly to Aswan. Upon
arrival at Aswan, meet and transfer to hotel. |

After breakfast, visit the High Dam. It was
constructed to protect Egypt from the floods as well
as providing irrigation and electricity all over
Egypt. From the Dam, you can see Lake Nasser, a huge
water reservoir. Next to Granite Quarries with the
Unfinished Obelisque. Around these quarries are many
innumerable inscriptions. After the tour, transfer
to Nile Cruise. Start your memorable River Nile
Cruise and sail to Kom Ombo.

Morning start your shore excursion by visit the
Kom-Ombo Temple, built on a hillside overlooking the
Nile. This temple was constructed in the Ptolemaic
Roman era for the worship of god Haroeris and Sobek,
the crocodile god. Continue sail to Edfu and visit
Edfu Temple, dedicated to god Horus, the falcon head
god. It is one of the most beautiful Egyptian
temples, distinguished by its huge splendid
structure that combine Pharaonic and Greek
architecture. Return to the ship and sail cross the
Esna Lock to Luxor. Have an afternoon tea, dinner &
Galabya party on the cruise. |

Morning tour the West Bank. Start with the Valley of
the Kings, where tombs were constructed for the
kings and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom. Next
to Colossi of Memnon, made of sandstone and
represents King Amenhotep III. Proceed to Temple of
Queen Hatshepsut. Her reign was the longest of all
the female pharaohs. Then visit the East Bank and
start with the Karnak Temple, which is a serious of
temples built in different reigns. Continue to visit
Luxor temple, built by two pharaohs, Amenhotep III
and Ramses II. Enjoy a belly dance show on the
Cruise tonight. |

After breakfast, transfer to Luxor Airport and fly
to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel and
check-in. Afternoon tour to visit Saladin Citadel.
On the site is the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali,
one of the landmarks in Cairo. Next to Old Cairo.
Egypt was one of the first countries to embrace
Christianity. Visit The Church of Abu-Sergah and St.
Barbara, the Hanging Church, and the Old Jewish
Synagogue Ben Ezra Synagogue. Later on, stop by Khan
el-Khalili Bazaar, with hundreds of Arab-style shops
for your shopping pleasure of gold and coppersmiths,
brass, and woodwork bargains. |
