| Return Date |
Return date valid 6 months from tour start date. Ticket not used for any reason after the valid days has no refund value and shall be voided. |

Air Surcharge by Airlines |
Air surcharge are controlled by the airlines. It means seats in the same economy cabin sell at different level of prices. Once the lowest price seats are sold out, you need to purchase seats at a higher price. At different time, prices can be higher from $100 to $300 or more. These type of pricing are set up by airlines. Prices listed by us are based on the lowest air seat prices. |
| Weekend return | Based on flight time and day, return on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday add $25 per flight, including tour ending day. |

In Thailand, per person additional fee, 2 people in 1 room, taxes & fuel surcharge included 1) If cancel 2 nights Pattaya and replaced by 2 nights in Chiangmai, add $400 per person; 2) If cancel 2 nights Pattaya and replaced by 2 nights in Phuket Island, add $450 per person; 3) If add 2 nights Chiangmai to the 4 night Bangkok & Pattaya, add $450 per person; 4) If add 2 night Phuket to the 4 nights Bangkok & Pattaya, add $500 per person. |
