BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Booking request more than 90 days before departure:

Minimum deposit is $300-$500 per person per tour by check only. Deposit may be higher for certain tours.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Booking request less than 90 days before departure:

Full payment is required at time of booking and we will forward confirmation to passenger within 7 business days. If payment is not paid as above, booking will be cancelled automatically, all deposit are not refundable plus handling fee and charges will be imposed as cancellation and refund schedule listed herein below.

We do not process any booking without deposit on hand.

Final Payment - We will inform you balance payment due day at time of your deposit paid. If Final payment is not paid as requested, booking will be cancelled automatically and subject to handling and cancellation fee listed herein below.

Travel documents or passport must be valid for six months from the date of your return back to United States. All travelers are responsible to submit the correct names as in their passport in written form. Asian Adventure and/or it's agent will not be responsible for any incorrect names submitted verbally. Minimum fee to correct names after air ticket and/or document issued is $200 plus fees charges by airlines and suppliers.

Entry Visa - Any visa and passport requirement are the sole responsibility of each passenger. No refund shall be made for any of the deposit or tour fee if these document or visa problems arise before departure or after departure. If time allowed, we can assist you to obtain the required visa prior to departure with a fee.

All visa fee are NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Asian Adventure reserves the right to cancel any tour 14 days prior to departure. Refund will be make for the actual payment paid by each passenger and Asian Adventure will not be responsible for any other compensation or liability beyond the actual amount paid by passenger; as well as in the event it deems necessary at the sole opinion of Asian Adventure or local agent to withdraw any portion or any item before or during the tour, no refund or any compensation will be make.

Any amendment or change request by any passenger before departure will be considered as cancellation, and subject to our Handling Fees and charges as followings:

Cancellation or change by passenger must be in writing, no verbal request is accepted.

From the date we received your written request, Handling Fees & Charges as followings:

a. 90 days or more prior to departure - Deposit amount

b. 21 to 89 days before departure - $1000 per person

c. 1 to 20 days before departure - No refund    

d. on the day of departure and after departure - No refund

No refund or any substitution of other service will be made for any portion or item that are not utilized by any passenger during the tours.

 

TOUR PRICE

Prices are for 2 or 3 adults in 1 room, per person rate. Single travelers require paying single room supplement at the time of booking request.

 

TOUR PRICE INCLUDING

Air Ticket - Round trip economy air fare from your home city to the tour destination. All air tickets are non-refundable after issued. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice.

Hotel - Hotels as listed in the itinerary at a double occupancy basis. We reserve the right to alter, substitute, or cancel any hotel arrangement without advance notice. Rooms are standard rooms and run-of-the-house provided by hotel at check-in. All special need are on request basis and no guarantee or negotiable. All hotel booked are non-refundable.  

Transportation - as stated in the itinerary.

Sightseeing and entrance fee - as listed in the itinerary.

Local Guide - A professional local guide is provided at each city.

Meals - Standard group menu meals without substitution as listed in the itinerary.

Luggage - International flight allow 2 pieces of check-in luggage and each luggage limited to 29x20x10 inches and maximum weight of 44 lbs, plus a hand carry limited to 22x14x9 inches. During our tours and flights within Asia, China, Europe allow 1 piece of check-in luggage and limited to 29x20x10 inches, maximum weight of 50 lbs, plus a small hand carry. Under all situation, any loss or damage to your luggage are solely your own responsibility and Asian Adventure or/and its Agent shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your luggage. 

 

TOUR PRICE NOT INCLUDE

Personal Expenses - All or any personal expenses like telephone calls, drinks, laundry, and any others at a personal nature items.

Accidental Expenses - Due to unforeseen situation beyond our control and cause any delay, cancellation that results in loss of any items, including but not limited to sightseeing, hotels, etc. will be the sole responsibility of each passenger. Asian Adventure and/or our local representatives will advise such additional expenses at the time of occurrence and any additional expenses shall be paid by each passenger on the spot. Asian Adventure and/or our local representatives will not be responsible for any liabilities that might arise from such event.

 

CHANGE & DEVIATION FEE

A minimum handling fee of $50 per change or deviation per person per occurrence will be charged for any items, including but not limited to return air reservations, before or after departure.

 

LATE BOOKING FEE

A handling fee of $50 per person per tour will be charged if booking is made less than 30 days before departure.

 

GRATUITY

Gratuity to local guides, escorts, airport skycaps, drivers are not included. Awarding good service is a common world wide practice. We recommend for each city: Local Guide - US$7 per day; Driver - US$3 per day, from the day of arrival and the day of departure at each city; Tour Escort, from departure date to return date- US$3 per day.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Asian Adventure and/or its agent acts only as agent for the passengers) in all matter relating to all accommodation, excursion, tours, transport and other services whether by rails, motor coaches, ships, boats or any other means, and shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connecting with such means of transportation or other services or for any loss, injury, or damage arising from any cause, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, war, riots, earthquakes, weathers, floods, overbook by suppliers.

2. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchase of the tours and/or the passengers), Asian Adventure and/or its agents shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to tour members' items or belongings.

3. Asian Adventure shall not be responsible for any goods or belongings that you bring along with the tour and/or goods or items purchased by passenger while on tour.

4. Asian Adventure recommend your advance purchase of travel insurance that might include compensation for loss of luggage, travel documents, emergency medical requirement, and any delay compensation, and any other unforeseen situation during the tour.
